Cook time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cups of rice flour
3 cups water( not so warm ,not so cold)
1 tsp salt
1 small onion chopped
2 green chili chopped
1/4 cup cilantro
Oil to fry
Optional
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients and set it aside for 30 minutes.
- Now in a hot non-stick pan , add 1 tsp oil and take 1/4 cup of the mixture and spread over the pan.
- Use tow separate pan to make the cakes ,otherwise in one pan , it will be time consuming.
- Cover the lid and cook it for 1 to 1.5 minutes at medium to low heat.
- After 1 minutes ,check if the cake comes out too easily if not then keep it for 1 more minutes then turn around and again cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
- It will turn really crispy.
