Ingredients:
3 large strawberries
1 ripe sweet banana
1/2 cup of whole or fat free milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt/Vanilla Ice-creme
1 to 2 tbsp sugar
Water 1/2 cup if you don't like too thick
2 ice cubeDirections:
Blend the banana and strawberries with the milk and sugar until smooth then add the yogurt and blend on low for 30 seconds.
Serve with Ice.
