Cook time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
1. 2 lb mustard leaves mincely chopped
2. 1 medium size onion chopped
3. 5 to 6 garlic cloves chopped
4. 3 to 4 green chili if you want it spicy and hot
5. 1/2 tsp black seeds
6. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
7. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
8. 4 tbsp olive oil or canola or mustard oil
9. 5 to 10 shrimp(optional)
10. 1 tsp salt
Preparation:
1.In a pan, add all the leaves,half portion of the onion and garlic,salt and green chilli.Cover the lid.
Cook it until it gets soft and shed water and reduces to half amount.Mix well.Keep it aside.
2.In another hot pan, add oil and rest of the onion,black seeds and garlic,shrimp (optional).Saute it for 5 min. until it gets golden brown.
Add cumin,garlic powder.Saute for 2 min. then add all the cooked veggies.Stir fry and mix well.
Cover the lid for 5 minutes so that the veggies absorbs all flavors.
3.Now serve with white or brown rice and lemon slices.Make sure you saute the onion and garlic till it gets golden brown, otherwise there will be huge differnce in taste.
