Cook time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
10 to 12 piece pumpkin slice 3" long by 1/2" thick.
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 & 1/2 tsp salt
Around 1/4 cup oil to fry
Methods:
- Scratch the pumpkin slices on both sides so that it can absorb all the spices.Mix all the spices and keep it aside for 5 to 10 min.
- Now in a hot pan, add oil and fry all the pumpkin pieces for 10 minutes at medium to low heat.
- Don't cook at hight heat , slices may burn and will be uncooked.
Serve with white rice .
