Ingredients:
1. 2 cups Pasta boiled in hot water and salt
2. 1 medium size onion (chopped)
3. 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
4. 1 tbsp basil and 1 pinch oregano
5. 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ( Dark Green)
6. 1 egg omlete fried with olive oil and salt
7. 1 tomato (cut into bite sizes) or 1 cup fresh cut of your favorit veggie
8. Salt and pepper to taste.
Methods :
1.Heat the pan,add olive oil ,onion,garlic.Saute onion and garlic until it gets little brown.
(Make sure you saute the onion and garlic till it gets brown, otherwise there will be huge difference in taste.)
2. Add basil, oregano,veggie and pasta and saute for 3 min.
3.Add salt and pepper to taste and cook it for 2 more min.
4. Cut the egg omlete into bit size pieces and mix it with the pasta and Enjoy.
