Coconut Rice in a Rice Cooker

This rice is very delicious  and aromatic goes well with beef or chicken or shrimp curry but if you have heart burn problem then not to eat too much.

Prep Time:15 Minutes
Cook time: 20 Minutes


Ingredients:
2 cups rice
1 and 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 cup water
2 green chili
5 or 6 lemon grass slices
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 pinch cadamom powder (Optional)
1 tsp salt


Preparation:


In the rice cooker pan, wash the rice for 2 to 3 times, then mix all the ingredients above and turn on the rice cooker.The rice will be ready within 20 minutes.Serve hot and with curry.
