Ingredients:
2 cups rice
1 and 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 cup water
2 green chili
5 or 6 lemon grass slices
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 pinch cadamom powder (Optional)
1 tsp salt
Preparation:
In the rice cooker pan, wash the rice for 2 to 3 times, then mix all the ingredients above and turn on the rice cooker.The rice will be ready within 20 minutes.Serve hot and with curry.
