Bitter Gourd Juice for Diabetics

Bitter gourd is a green vegetable with a bitter taste .It contains a hypoglycemic substance which helps in lowering blood and urine sugar levels.This is really bitter, but the benefits are in this bitter part.
 But if you have Diabeties ,there is no better home remedy than this juice.

 It is an excellent source of vitamins B1, B2, and B3, C, magnesium, folic acid, zinc, phosphorus, manganese, and has high dietary fiber.  It is rich in iron, contains twice the beta-carotene of broccoli, twice the calcium of spinach, and twice the potassium of a banana.

Ingredients:


1 cup chopped bitter gourd (wash it properly before you cut it.)
1 cup water
1 pinch salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp mint or basil

Directions:

In a mixer blend everything together and then extract the juice from a strainer.

Drink immediatly  or else it will taste more bitter  after you wait for couple of moments .
I know it tastes like poison but its a good poison that detoxify body, helping in eye problem,respiratory problems,build immune system.

Drink in an empty stomach in the morning.
