This recipe is made with mushrooms,cheese and coconut milk-very delicious, easy to make and good for thyroid. I ate this at a restaurant and to my imagination, I guessed the ingredients and made some variation.

Ingredients:
1/2 pound crimini mushrooms-washed and sliced-if the size of mushroom is small u can keep it whole.
1/3 cup coconut milk-you can use regular milk too
2 tbsp coconut oil/olive oil
1 cup regular milk or fat free milk
1/4 tsp salt or more
1 tbsp garlic chopped
Any of your favorite herbs-basil/cilantro 1 tbsp chopped- I am using basil.
Any of your favorite cheese-Parmesan/blue cheese/chedder-3 tbsp- I am using blue cheese.
Few drops of lemon juice
Directions:
1.In a hot pan over medium heat ,stir fry the mushrooms with oil and garlic for 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Add rest of the ingredients and cook it for 7 to 10 minutes until the gravy thickens.
3.Serve with toasted bread.
