Coconut Oil Obsession and Its Effects on Weight and Thyroid

There are some other benefits of coconut oil  that  I like to let you know.Coconut oil is one of the best cooking oil and you can use it for anything.In fact, I consider it as a miracle food. I am using it for my hypothyroidism.It's not a cure but using it as a preventive way.


Please always try to get the organic,extra virgin, non-hydrogenated,non GMO's coconut cooking oil. Since any type of refined, chemically processed or  hydrogenated oil is bad for health.

Weight loss:
  The coconut oil is amazing for loosing belly fat & supports and aids immune system function. It increases metabolism. Drink 1 tablespoon per day. Mix with a little bit of  Juice.I  recommend to drink in the morning & wait 1 hour before you eat.


Makeup Remover
 Coconut oil  removes all of face makeup immediately, even waterproof makeup! Its the most affordable & safe way to remove makeup.

Body & Face Moisturizer: 
This is awesome product when it comes to moisturizing the skin!  I scoop out some coconut oil from the jar and apply an even layer all throughout my body & face. Wait a couple minutes to let your skin absorb it. The Coconut Oil  also prevents WRINKLES, SAGGING SKIN, and AGE SPOTS!! 

I also use coconut oil on the tips of my hair. My hair looks very shiny.
