Cook time: 60-75 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 pounds Beef (any portion or any shape you like)
2 cups chopped onion
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 cup yogurt
2 bay leaf
((1 big cinnamon stick
5 to 6 pieces of cloves
5 to 6 pieces of cardamom))
or 1 tsp Garam Masala powder for braket spices
1/2 tsp black cumin or Shah Zeera powder
2 black cardamom
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp mace powder (Jaitri)
1/4 cup chopped tomato
4 medium size potato cut into middle total 8 pieces
1 & 1/2 tbsp or more salt
2cups water
Chopped mint and cilantro 1/4 cup(optional)
1 and 1/2 cups canola oil
Directions:
In a saucepan ,Mix all the ingredients except potato .
Check the salt.Mix well and cook it between medium to low heat for 1 hour . When the meat is almost done then add the potato and cook it for more 15 minutes.
Serve with white rice or pulao.
