Summer Fruits Salad (South Asian Version)

This salad is very healthy .However, you can make the salad with any type of fruits you want, but make sure that not to use too much sour or tangy fruits like pina-apple, green apple etc.Either use naturally sweet fruits or neutral taste fruits.
Prep Time:15 Minutes
Serving size : 5 person
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberry chopped
1 cup mango bite size cut
6 to 8 piece blue berry(optional)
1/2 cup banana chopped
1/2 cup red apple chopped
1 cup pina-apple chopped
1 cup seedless red or green  grapes chopped
5 or 6 dates chopped (optional)


1.1 tsp Shan Chat masala
2.1/2 tsp black peppers
3.2 tbsp olive or masturd oil
4. 1/2 tsp green chilli chopped
5. 3 tbsp chopped cilantro,basil and mint
6. 1 pnich cinnamon powder
7. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin and corriander powder
8. Salt to taste


Mix everything all together and serve cool.
