Cook time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
1. 2 cups of chicken breast (cube cut) or any part of chicken
2. 4 cups of white radish (cut in any shape u like)
3. 1/2 cup canola oil
4. 1 cup chopped onion
5. 1 tsp garlic paste
6. 1 tsp ginger paste
7. 1 tsp cumin powder
8. 1 tsp coriander powder
9. 1 tsp turmeric powder (optional)
10. 1tsp red chili (optional)
11. 1 bay leaf
12. 3 tsp salt or more
13. 2 cups water
14. 2 pinch of cardamom powder
15. 1 tomato (cut into 4 pieces)
16. 2 green chili and cilantro for garnishing
Preparation:
Step 1:
In a hot pan saute onion with oil until it gets little bit golden brown then add all the spices and 2 to 3 tbsp water.Cook it for 5 minutes in a medium to low heat..Now add chicken and cook it for 10-15 min.Stir occasionally so that the spices does not get burnt.Also check if the meat is cooked.
Step 2:
Now add radishes,tomatoes and 2 cups water.Cook until the radishes get soft for about 7 to 10 minutes.
Garnish with green chili and cilantro.Serve hot with rice,.
