Cabbage Balls

Cook time: 10 Minutes


Ingredients:

1. 3 cups mincly chopped cabbage
2. 1/2 cups basan or flour
3. 2 tbsp rice flour
4. 1 tsp salt
5. oil to fry
6.1/2 cup cilantro or basil or both
7. 2 or 3 tbsp water
Optional:
1. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
2. 1/2 tsp chilli powder if you want hot and spicy
3. 1 pince black seeds
4.1/2 tsp garlic powder


Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and make a dough so that you can make balls or any other shape.
Fry in the oil and serve  hot with your favorit sauce.
