Chicken-Mushrooms Soup

 (Please No MSG).My slogan is not to use MSG. It's a toxic. This is a MSG free soup good for your family and kids.

Prep Time: 10 Minutes 
Cook Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:
8 ounces fresh mushrooms
8 ounces of chicken pieces
Few canned red beans (optional)
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp onions, chopped
1/2 tsp ginger
5 to 6 mint leaves
Few cilantro
2 tbsp olive oil/butter
6 cups of water, you can use home made chicken or vegetable broth or stock too
2 tablespoons flour
Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp
3 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Lemon slices and chopped scallion for garnishing

Preparation:

1. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
2. Blend the garlic,ginger,onion,mint and cilantro with  1 cup of water in a juicer machine.
3. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the blending mixture with 5 cups of water.
4.Add the mushrooms,chicken,salt sugar,ketchup,pepper,and cardamom powder in the water.
5.Cook it for 10 minutes.
6. Blend in 1 tablespoons flour in water and add in the soup and  stir.
7.Cook for 5 more minutes.
8.Serve hot.

Garnish with lemon slices and chopped scallions.
