Cabbage & Egg curry

Prep Time:15 Minutes 
Cook time: 30 Minutes 

Ingredients:

8 to 6 hard boiled eggs, I am using 18 eggs for my guests :)
3 to 4 cups of shredded cabbage
1 cup  chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic paste/powder
1/2 tsp ginger  powder/paste
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp chili powder 
2 bay leaf
2 pinch of cardamom powder(optional)
5 to 6 cherry tomato
1/2 cup peas
1 tsp yogurt 
1/4 cup oil
3 tbsp water 
1 tsp  salt or more
2 to 3 green chili cut in the middle length portion
Chopped mint and cilantro 1/4 cup for garnishing
Direction: 
Remove the shell from the eggs and give few scratches or pricks on eggs so that it can absorb all the spices.In a hot pan add 1 tbsp oil and stir fry the egg for 5 minutes.Make it light golden brown. Transfer the eggs into a bowl.
  1. Now, in the same hot saucepan ,saute onion in oil over low heat for 5 minutes until onion gets  little bit golden brown. 
  2. Then add all the spices and 2 to 3 tbsp water.Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes on low heat. 
  3. Now add cabbage,peas and  mix properly with the spices. 
  4. Next cook it for 5 minute covering the lid.Now add the eggs.
  5. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until  the cabbage is done. Check the salt.
  6.  Then add 2 green chili , few chopped cilantro,few drops of lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes. 
  7. Cabbage and egg curry is ready  to serve with rice or bread
