Ingredients:
1. 4 tomatoes
2. 1 small size onion (chopped)[ Around 1/4 cup]
3.2 to 3 green chili (chopped) or 2 to 3 roasted red chili (It will get black if you roast it,You can combine both)
4. 4 tbsp chopped cilantro
5. 1 tsp roasted black seeds and regular cumin seeds combined

6. 3 tbsp or less mustard oil, don't use any other oil.
7. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin and coriander powder combined (Optional)
8. 1/2 tsp salt or more
Directions:
Step 1:
Take 8 cups of water and boil the tomatoes in a saucepan for 15 to 20 minutes.
OR
Bake them in the toaster or conventional oven for 25 minutes at 450 degree F.
OR
Using gas stove,place the tomatoes in a hot pan, cover the lid and roast them for 10+10=20 minutes on each side.The skin of the tomatoes will get burnt and few juice will come out.But not to worry.Roast in a medium to low heat.Let them cool for 10 minutes.Step 2:
Smash it with grater or hand and combine all the ingredients with hand .Mix it properly.
Bengali style mashed Tomato is ready to eat.Serve with white rice or Bengali naughty people's rice.

P.S -To save time you can roast a handful of black seeds and cumin seeds and save it in a jar.Again,you can roast a handful of cumin and coriander seeds then grind it in a coffee maker and save it in a jar.It will be a lot easier to make this dish.
